“We love hosting well‑behaved pets and know they’re part of the family. Up to 4 pets are welcome with a $75 per pet, per stay fee, which helps us keep the home and grounds pet‑friendly for everyone. Booking sites do not collect this fee. You can leave it on the counter at check out or, we can Set up a Venmo and in some cases bill your card on file. If you booked direct with us, you were charged. Please let us know the number of pets when you book. Emotional support animals are not service animals under ADA and will be charged the pet fee. Nature & expectations
“This is a riverfront nature sanctuary, not the sterile 20th floor of a high‑rise. You may occasionally see harmless dirt daubers, lizards, spider webs, wasps, leaves on outdoor furniture, or other signs of nature, especially when outdoors. We clean and wipe surfaces regularly, but nature changes daily—if you see a bit of the outdoors on a chair or hammock, just brush it off with one of our pet towels, take a breath, and enjoy this peaceful, natural setting.”

House rules, stays, and insurance

Most guests tell us they wish they’d stayed one more night, so if you can, we recommend booking at least 3 nights. We offer discounts starting at 3‑night stays which are automatically calculated.

We strongly recommend travel insurance, as we adhere to our cancellation policy and typically cannot re‑book on short notice.
